Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, we only ship within the USA and to Canada.

If you wish to ship internationally, we suggest, ordering and shipping the product to a U.S. PayPal confirmed address first. Then, from the U.S. PayPal confirmed address, you would have to ship the product from that address to your desired country.

All orders will be processed within 5 -7 business days of  receipt.

Orders will not be shipped after  2 pm EST Friday - Sunday or holidays. Once  shipped, you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly after. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS or UPS delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. 

*** Please keep in mind that express shipping does not speed up the processing time on your order.***

Please ensure the correct address is entered before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. If you happen to notice the wrong address was entered, you can email us at regalallureglam@gmail.com with the correct shipping address before the order is shipped. Once shipped we will not be able to make changes and will not be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return fees as well as the redelivery cost.

Regal Allure Glam will not be held liable for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customer. Absolutely no refunds will be issued if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Regal Allure Glam will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address entered for same order. We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of  said delivery, tracking information and carrier information for the customer to investigate. We will do our best to communicate with the carrier and help you to locate your package. It is the purchaser's responsibility to inquire about your lost or stolen package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are not accepting returns or exchanges unless you've received a damaged product or the wrong item. In the event you received the wrong item, an item is missing from your package, or damaged item is in your package, please email us at regalallureglam@gmail.com within 48hrs and we will do our best to resolve the issue once verified. Pictures may be required for our records.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
