1.Where are Regal Allure Glam products made?
All our products are manufactured(handmade in small batches) in the USA.
2. My shampoo is not producing enough lather. Why is this so?
Organic shampoo will not produce as much lather as conventional shampoo, due to the absence of synthetic foaming agents. It is not an indication that the hair is not cleansed instead it's an indication that the hair's natural oils are not being washed out. We highly recommend that the hair be washed twice when using a natural shampoo; the second wash will produce slightly more lather. Why? This is because there is less buildup to eliminate in the second wash.

Our products are free from Sulfates, Parabens, Dyes and Mineral Oils.
We accept any US issued and most Internationally issued mag stripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc... We also accept PayPal as well.

8. What is the status of my order?
After receiving your shipping confirmation email, you can check the status of your order at any time. Just use the tracking number emailed to you to track your package via usps or ups website.
